Furniture is built to the project's own drawings. Guestroom casegoods, public-area seating, banqueting and outdoor pieces are produced in partner mills across Guangdong and Zhejiang, matched to the interior designer's finish schedule, and shipped inside the same consolidated load as the rest of the package.

Furniture is quoted from your drawings, finish schedule and quantities. Where a design is not yet fixed, we can work from a reference image or a hotel brand standard and return a specification for approval. The range also covers fixed joinery — wall panelling, door sets, ceiling panels and recessed cabinetry — produced to the project's own drawings.

Ceramic ware, brassware, shower systems and accessories

Sanitary ceramics, brassware and shower systems are sourced together so that trap configuration, spout projection, finish and water pressure are resolved as one package rather than arriving from four suppliers who never spoke to each other.

Compliance is quoted against the destination market — for example cUPC and WaterSense for North America, CE and EN standards for the European Union, SASO for Gulf markets. Which approvals a specific item holds is confirmed on the quotation; we do not claim a certificate a factory does not hold. Verified on the supplied range: cUPC on 73 models, WaterSense on 12, ADA on 4, and ASME A112.19.2M on the basin and sink range.

Mirrors & Mirror Cabinets

Illuminated, vanity, framed and full-length mirrors

Mirrors are one of the few items in a hotel package that are both a finish and an electrical product. We quote the glass, the frame and the electrics together, with the voltage, driver rating and plug format set to the destination market rather than to the factory's domestic default.

For illuminated and smart mirrors, please state the destination voltage, the plug or hardwiring arrangement and whether the item must sit on a building management system. These three answers change the build.

Guestroom broadloom and rugs, rigid core, engineered timber and tile

Carpet and hard flooring are specified together: the guestroom, the corridor and the wet area must read as one scheme while behaving differently under traffic, moisture and sound. Carpet is quoted by pile weight, hard flooring by wear layer and fitting method.

Bed linen, pillows, duvets, towelling, robes and table linen

Guest linen is judged by the guest in the first five minutes of a stay. We quote fibres, yarn count and fabric weight explicitly, and confirm shrinkage and colourfastness on pre-production samples before bulk, so the specification is repeatable on reorder.

The range is organised in three collections: Signature (100% responsibly sourced cotton, sateen), Core Resort (cotton percale) and Luxe Plus (cotton and Tencel blend, sateen).

Wiring devices, smart panels, electronic locks and doorbells

Wiring devices and door hardware are the two lines that stop a hotel opening if the socket format or the lock credential is wrong. We quote the plate, the module, the lock body and the standard together, matched to the destination market and the room's control logic.

Bathtubs

Freestanding, apron and skirted, drop-in, alcove and whirlpool

A bathtub is the hardest item in the package to move and the easiest to damage in transit. We quote the shell, the waste and the massager together, crate them for the journey, and load them so the weight sits where the container can carry it.

For whirlpool and air-massage tubs, state the destination voltage and whether the bathroom has the pump access the design allows. For upper-floor installations, tell us the access route — the largest tub that will physically fit the stair, lift and doorway is often worth settling early. Massage and whirlpool models come from the same wet-area supply as the shower enclosures and trays, which keeps the bathroom package on one order. Sizes are quoted in mm; imperial lengths (59–71 in) are quoted on request for the North American market. Apron and skirt panels can be supplied separately where the tub sits on a plinth.

Bathroom vanity units, quartz and solid surface tops

The vanity is the piece of bathroom furniture a guest actually touches. Carcass, top, basin and hardware are quoted as one unit, so that the drawer front, the stone edge and the waste cut-out are resolved before production — and the unit arrives ready to set rather than needing to be cut on site.

Vanity units are quoted with top, basin and waste as one item, so that cut-outs and tap positions are made in the factory. If the tap has not been chosen yet, tell us the tap hole requirement and we will hold the cut-out to your drawing. The vanity range runs in a fixed depth and height with widths from 610 mm to 1524 mm, so a room schedule can be met from one carcass family.

Shower Doors & Enclosures

Sliding, hinged, pivot and fixed glass, with bases and trays

Shower doors are glass, and glass is the part of a wet area that fails visibly. We quote the glass thickness and the safety standard together with the frame and hardware, and we state which standard a panel is made to rather than assuming it.

Tell us the opening width, the handing, and whether the enclosure sits against a tiled wall or a shower tray, plus any glass standard the destination market requires. Panels and fixings are quoted to that standard, and which certificate a given model carries is stated on the quotation.

Curtains & Blinds

Roller, zebra, slatted blinds and made-to-measure drapery

Window treatments are specified by light control first and appearance second, because a guest room that lets in morning light at the wrong angle fails no matter how good the fabric looks. We quote openness, weight and fire performance alongside the colour range.

Zebra (day and night) blindsAlternating sheer and opaque bands with adjustable privacy and dual fabric rolls.

Send the window schedule with sizes and the direction each window faces. Blackout is normally specified for guest rooms, screen fabrics for public areas, and motorised operation for tall or hard-to-reach windows.

Minibars, kettles, safes and back-of-house refrigeration

Guest room appliances are the smallest items on the order and the ones guests complain about first. We quote capacity, noise and energy class, and arrange the appliance to the cabinet it has to sit inside rather than to a nominal size on a spec sheet.

Minibar fridgesAbsorption and compressor minibars, silent operation, glass and solid doors.

Chest and display freezersFor kitchens, back-of-house and buffet areas.

Kettles and hospitality traysGuest room kettles, hot water dispensers and tray sets.

Electronic safesDigital keypad and key-card locks, laptop-size interior, override key, master code reset and bolt-down kit.

VentilationBathroom extract fans with quiet operation and humidity sensing options.

Room controlKey-card power, door lock and control items where the project integrates them.

State the cabinet opening the appliance must fit, the destination voltage and plug, and whether the room is a sleeping area where noise matters. Absorption minibars are silent and are the usual choice beside the bed; compressor units cool faster and cost less to run.

Wallcovering & Wall Panels

Non-woven, vinyl and textile wallcovering, veneer and panel systems

Walls carry more visible area than any other surface in a hotel, and they take the most handling — trolley traffic in the corridors, headboards and grab rails in the rooms. We quote the substrate, the backing and the fire classification together with the pattern, and hang with the same installer who does the joinery, so seams and panel joints line up.

Tell us the substrate and the fire standard the authority having jurisdiction requires before the pattern is chosen — the backing follows from it. Wallcovering is quoted per roll with adhesive, primer and trim as separate lines, so the installer is not left to source them on site.
