Who we are, and why work with us
An export integrator for the twelve material families of a hotel furnishing package — drawings, 3D visuals and installation included. Twelve separate suppliers would mean twelve contracts, twelve inspections and twelve deliveries; one integrator collapses that into one.
Lansuen is a supply chain integrator for hotel and hospitality furnishing projects, not a single-line factory. We consolidate the twelve families that make up a hotel's hard and soft furnishing package and deliver them as one coordinated order — with the drawings, the 3D visuals and the installation carried as well.
Our clients are hotel developers, owners' representatives, interior designers, main contractors and procurement agents on new-build and renovation projects. We quote from your bill of quantities, drawings and finish schedule, and equally from a reference image while the design is still being fixed.
The company works from Hangzhou, in Zhejiang Province, a short road haul from partner workshops in Zhejiang, Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu and Anhui and within reach of the ports of Ningbo and Shanghai. Consolidation happens near the port, so a mixed container is filled from one loading point rather than twelve.

Customization
Customization & Quality Control
Most projects need something the standard range does not carry. We develop, sample and approve the custom work first, and inspect every line against that sample before it is packed.
Dimensions and geometry
Sizes set to drawing: made-to-room carpet, non-standard furniture proportions, adapted carcass depths.
Materials and finishes
Veneer and laminate selection, stone and quartz tops, powder-coat to RAL, PVD and brushed metal.
Colour matching
Matched to Pantone, RAL or to your submitted physical sample.
Fabrics and COM
Fabric and leather from our mills, or customer's own material supplied to us.
Private label
Woven labels, embossing, printed packaging and branded cartons under your own mark.
Project packaging
Room-number and floor labelling, floor-drop cartons, master carton marking to your schedule.
Documentation
OEM and ODM drawings, care and maintenance sheets, spare-parts lists, test reports.
Tooling and artwork
Moulds, dies and printed artwork where volume justifies it, itemised on the quotation.
Quality control
Quality control: five gates

Incoming material check
Panels, fabrics, ceramics and electricals checked against the approved sample and the specification before production.
- 02
First article and pre-production sample
Sample units built and submitted for written approval, so the reference for bulk is a physical object, not a drawing.
- 03
In-line inspection
Production checked at agreed stages, so problems are corrected at the machine rather than found in the packing hall.
- 04
Final AQL inspection
Sampling inspection to ISO 2859-1 levels agreed with the buyer, normally AQL 2.5 for major defects, before packing.
- 05
Packing and loading check
Carton condition, internal protection, marking accuracy and container loading photographed and reported.
Compliance, confirmed item by item
Approvals are stated on the quotation and backed by the factory's test report; we do not claim a certificate a manufacturer does not hold. Every inspection closes with a photographic report: dimensions measured, defects by class, packing photographs. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek or TUV) is welcome at the factory.

Packing, consolidation and shipping

Factory packing
Export cartons with foam and edge protection; rigid items, glass and stone crated or palletised.

Collection and receipt
Goods received at one warehouse near Ningbo, counted against the packing list and checked for transit damage.
- 03
Carton marking
Item reference, room and floor allocation, description in English, quantity, side-up and handling marks.
- 04
Loading plan
A stuffing plan prepared before booking, so the container is neither half-empty nor over weight.
- 05
Container loading
Mixed loading with damage protection between layers, photographed floor to door, with a closing report.
- 06
Export documentation
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, issued for the whole consolidated shipment.
